PROJECTS

From Graphic Designer, Instructional Designer, Video Producer, to Content Developer I've been able to work across the spectrum in the learning world. Below you'll find a small sample of my work.

SAMPLE 1: JOB AIDS

When acronyms are created, models are born.  I was given the opportunity on a recent project to take a look at three different processes and develop job aids so designers had a visual reference to the models they were being asked to develop toward.

SAMPLE 2: MICRO LEARNING

It's the current buzzword right now and a very effective method for learning.  Gone are the days of the one hour talking head computer-based learning modules. Short, self-paced bursts of learning can give people the knowledge they need and get them back to productivity quickly.  This course has no audio but is screen-reader compatible.

SAMPLE 3: VIRTUAL ILT FACILITATOR GUIDE

In this current climate, some companies are turning to online ILT, or VIRTUAL ILT, delivery for their training.  This project involved taking a 2-hour in-person facilitated course and moving it to an online platform.

SAMPLE 4: INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENT

Good design starts with a good plan.  The design document is critical to mapping out the objectives and outcomes for any learning activity.  It also helps stakeholders and colleagues to offer input and to visualize what the content will look like.
